Situated in Lancaster’s historic quarter, Domain Boutique Rooms offers a new kind of stay — combining bold, contemporary design with the character of a 300-year-old Grade II listed Georgian building.

We were appointed to develop the interior concepts for seven individually styled bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, and a shared guest lounge. The design embraces the building’s original features while introducing a calm, modern sensibility.

Each space is layered with texture and styled with care — a refined palette, bespoke joinery, and carefully chosen materials offer comfort and simplicity, without losing a sense of personality.

The result is a relaxed, design-led experience that feels both rooted in place and relevant to the way people want to travel and stay today.
