At this stage, the design becomes fully defined, ensuring every element is thoughtfully considered and accurately documented. We work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination across all aspects of the project.

We manage the procurement of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment as required — from bespoke furniture design and custom lighting to soft furnishings, rugs, artwork, and curated off-the-shelf pieces. Each item is carefully selected to enhance the overall design, with considered attention to materials, finishes, and fabric schemes. The process concludes with the furnishing and styling of the space, ensuring every detail is in place to deliver a cohesive and fully realised interior.

Our design team remains closely involved from concept through to completion, ensuring the vision is realised with precision and care. We attend regular site meetings, review technical drawings, and maintain ongoing communication with contractors and suppliers to keep the project aligned with both the design intent and agreed timelines. Site visits are conducted as needed to monitor progress, resolve queries, and ensure the highest standards are upheld.
